What’s Under Your Sink & in Your Garage?

From keeping snakes out of the yard to fire ants out of your flower beds, have you ever wondered if what’s under your sink or in your garage will really work? Now you can find out from Extension wildlife and home grounds agents!

Come get the low down on those products intended to control indoor and outdoor pests. Do they really work? Are they really safe? What if they’re old? What if the label is missing? Will they hurt me? My children? My pets? Regional Extension Agents—Sallie Lee, Norm Haley, and Andrew Baril will discuss products most commonly found in the home, including some more hazardous than we realize. Suggestions for what will work, emphasizing the safest options, will also be provided.

Register now to attend this workshop being held on Monday, April 18th from 10 a.m.—11:30 a.m. at the Pell City Civic Center. Cost is $5 per person. Please pre-register no later than April 11th by calling the St. Clair County Extension Office at 205-338-9416.
