Students at Springville Elementary enjoyed a visit to the Springville Library on May 25th. Students learned about the summer reading program, toured their favorite books, and brought home a fun bookmark craft.

Congratulations to SHS Junior Matt Wolf for being named as a forward on the 6A 1st Team, All-State for Soccer.  Johnnie Wolf, Matt Wolf, Sawyer Chapman and Evan Paddock Honorable Mention. And  Madison Bradshaw and Gracie Mathews were named to the All-State Girls Soccer Team Honorable Mentions.

Springville High School celebrated and honored the graduating Seniors of 2022 with its Graduation Ceremony at Tiger Stadium on Monday, May 23rd.

Congratulations to Lady Tiger Softball Player  #11 Makalyn Kyser on a new single season Home Run record for SHS softball.  Makalyn finished her senior season with a .480 batting Avg.  85 RBI’s  &  34 walks to go along with the 22 Home Runs. Her final hit as a Springville Tiger was a 250’ blast.   

Springville Hgh former and retired principal, Dr. Harris grilled barbeque for the teachers on the last day of school.

The Springville Police Department and the Springville Fire Department will host Springville Night Out  on June 18th at Springville High School from 12p.m. until 5p.m. with a special guest appearance by Basmmaster Elite Pro Wes Logan. There will be free hot dogs, cotton candy and face painting.

The Springville Preservation Society is taking reservations for use of the historic “Little House” located adjacent to the Police Department for events or meetings.
