National real estate award winners recently announced by Lake Homes Realty include Logan Martin Lake real estate agent Nicole Walters.  

She was recognized with the prestigious Splash Award, recognizing her as Lake Homes Realty’s Agent of the Year. 

“Nicole is a driven, dedicated real estate agent,” said Glenn S. Phillips, CEO of Lake Homes Realty. “She has more than doubled her sales since last year to become one of the top agents on Logan Martin Lake. This spring, she was featured on HGTV’s Lakefront Bargain Hunt. Any home buyer or seller is fortunate to work with her.

Walters was also recognized as one of this year’s Lake Homes Realty Premier Agents. This designation is reserved for agents with demonstrated success in lake real estate sales, client engagement, compliance activities, and community involvement.  

“It takes a unique skill set to be successful in lake real estate,” Phillips said. “Buyers are typically not local. Lake properties can come in a wide range of designs, ages, sizes, and prices. It takes a very special agent to combine local lake expertise, real estate skills and work ethic.” 

The awards were presented at the recent Lake Homes Realty Agent Summit, the nation’s largest annual event for lake-focused real estate agents and brokers. This invitation-only event held in Hoover, featured nationally acclaimed speakers and training sessions with some of the country’s most successful real estate agents and experts.
