Dec. 20: “The Wonder of Christmas” Musical. 11 a.m. Mt. Moriah Church. The church choir will be presenting this Christmas musical, followed by a luncheon. Dec. 20: Free Meal at Louie’s Pickles and Italian Deli. 2 p.m. Louie’s Pickles in Odenville is inviting community residents in need or those who cannot afford to dine out with their families this Christmas a free meal of lasagna and baked ziti at the restaurant.


Dec. 21: Santa at the Library. 4-6 p.m. Santa will be making an appearance at the Ragland Library, parents are encouraged to bring their cameras to photograph their children with Santa.


Dec. 21: The Longest Night. 6 p.m. First United Methodist Church of Pell City Sanctuary. This will be a quiet reflective service for those who grieve or hurt, for those who feel alone, for those who seek hope when all seems dark.


Dec. 23: A Visit from Santa. 2-4 p.m. Metro Bank.
