Obituary

Joyce Marie Hines, 61, a native of Pell City who resided in Nederland, Texas, passed away Monday, October 7, 2013. 

She was born on October 10, 1951, to Peggy Joyce Gentry and Eugene John Hines. Joyce is survived by her daughter, Donna Russell and her husband, Charles, of Virginia Beach, Virginia; son, William Jamie Isbell and his wife, Billie, of Nederland; grandchildren, Jacobi Steele, William Jamie Isbell II, Dana Alecia Mackenzie, and Emily Nikole Maree; brothers, Franklin Hines, Sherman Hines, and Randy Hines; and sisters, Linda Sturgeon, Terrie Magee, and Elizabeth Gilmore; and numerous nieces, nephews. 

She was is preceded in death by her parents, Eugene Hines and Peggy (Gentry) Smith. 

A funeral service for Mrs. Hines will be Saturday, October 1, in Tyler, Texas, under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. A private family committal will be at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont with a memorial service and burial of Mrs. Hines’ cremated body next Saturday, October 19 in Pell City.
