Don’t monkey around. Have a hoot of a time like new Leeds residents Alex Gray Pritchard and James Rumbley by taking part in the Leeds Downtown Trick or Treating.
Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Sandra McGuire said last year turned out so well, they’re hosting the event again.
“We had a pretty large number of trick-or-treaters last year and we would like to give them a safe place to trick-or-treat again this year,” said McGuire.
Area businesses are invited to participate on Halloween, Wednesday, October 31 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
“I have flyers to put in your windows to advertise and I may have some signs to put up the day of the event,” said McGuire. “I will be sending some of our diplomats around this week with flyers and a sign up sheet.”
Leeds businesses that aren’t located in historic downtown are still able to take part in the Leeds Downtown Trick or Treating.
Interested businesses should email McGuire at leedschamber@windstream.net and she will make sure your business has a spot on the trick or treat path.
“As always, thank you for your support of Leeds and the Chamber!”
