M.A.P.S. hosts first golf benefit

M.A.P.S. will host a golf benefit on Aug. 18 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. to benefit veterans and the Pell City High School Wrestling team. The event will be held at the Pine Harbor Country Club and pre-registration begins at 7 a.m. Registration is $60 per player.
Fee includes 18 holes of golf with cart and food. Setup is four-man teams, shotgun start, scramble format.
Awards will be given to first and second place teams, longest drive, longest putt, worst team and most patriotic attire. Entry raffle prizes will be given out as well.
Guest speakers include Matt Bein and Dale Hufford.
Sponsors are also welcome. A $600 gold sponsorship gets participants a hole sign, team registration, team gifts, six free drink tickets per team player and goody bags. A $150 hole sponsorship includes a hole sign and gift.
