Funeral Services for Wayne Newton, age 65, Leeds, AL, will be on Thursday,

March 1, 2012, 2 PM, at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with burial at Mt.

Hebron Cemetery following the services.  The family will receive friends two

hours prior to the services.

Mr. Newton passed away on Monday, February 27, 2012.

He is survived by his sons, Gregg Smith (Lydia), and Mike Smith; sisters, Jo

Evelyn Roper and Jean Bass; brothers, John Newton, and James Newton;

grandchildren, Trent, Courtney, Seth and Dustin.

Wayne was a U.S. Army Veteran having served two Tours of Duty in Vietnam.

He was Key Litigant for MDL 381 Class Action settlement for Agent Orange.

Mr. Newton was a Lifetime member of Disabled American Veterans.
