The wrath of weather is sometimes cruel. We all witnessed that during Wednesday’s string of tornadoes and high winds. The results of those storms have left many without power, some with devastating home damage, and others actually mourning the loss of a loved one.
Events of this magnitude are hard to comprehend, but as communities, neighbors and friends we find the strength to bounce back by leaning on one another and working together. That will definitely be true in this latest incident. This is a time for us all to lend our able hands and backs to help those in need. Whether it is getting our saws out to help clear a downed tree or offering a warm meal and shower, there is plenty for us all to do to help.
