Mr. Charles L. Hannah

Services for Charles L. Hannah, age, 58, of Ragland, Alabama, were held Sunday, October 31, 2010, at 2:00 p.m., at Pope’s Chapel Methodist Church with Rev. Mickey Jones officiating.  Interment was in the Pope’s Chapel Cemetery.

Mr. Hannah passed away Friday, October 29, 2010.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Nettie V. Savage Hannah and by his father, Gordon L. Hannah.

Mr. Hannah is survived by his wife, Marilyn Hannah; daughters, Catrina (Charley) Cedotal of Ragland, Angelyn (David) Johnson of Asheville, NC; sister, Judy (Larry) Braden of Riverside, Alabama; stepmother, Betty Ann Hannah of Ragland; three stepsisters, grandchildren, Logan Dobbs, Jennitha Cedotal, Ashley Johnson, Skyela Cedotal, David Johnson, Daryl Johnson; nephew, Matthew Braden.

Pallbearers were Cecil Hambright, Michael Wolsey, Bobby Wolsey, Johnny Kay, Jim McClung, and Jerry Lee, Steve Manning and Tommy Castleberry.

Honorary Pallbearers were Robbie Cates, Garland Davis, Mike Manning, and Steve Talley.

Mr. Hannah was retired from C & B Piping.  He was an active member of Pope’s Chapel Church where he served on the Cemetery Board.  He also served on the Board of Directors for Wattsville Volunteer Fire Department, the American Cancer Society, and was an active Gideon member.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gideon International.
