A benefit banquet for St. Clair County Sav-A-Life is scheduled from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 26 at Mathews Manor in Springville. Guest Speaker Jim Pinto of Priests for Life will discuss development of pro-life issues over the past year, as well as share information on ways to get involved and make a difference in the movement.

More information will also be shared on the happenings of the past year at the Pregnancy Care Center in Springville, as well as sharing their vision for the next year.

The banquet will benefit the St. Clair County Sav-A-Life, Inc., which operates the Pregnancy Care Center in Springville, which offers free services to young ladies facing an unplanned pregnancy including pregnancy tests, options counseling, parenting classes, help with maternity and baby items and post-abortion healing.

Tickets to the banquet are $15 for individuals, and $175 for a table of eight, with a $20 fee for additional seats up to 10.
