The St. Clair County Commission met earlier this month to discuss clearing the mortgages on Coosa Valley Water Supply property. The commission authorized Stanley Batemon, chairman on the St. Clair County Commission, to sign the documents, which were “the last thing identified as a road block.”

“I’m glad the project is rapidly moving to a completion date,” said Paul Manning, District 3.
